Princess Leia,

You can still make it! As you're new on the program, you can still expect some good losses, and also there's plenty people here who don't exercise above their normal daily routine, so don't give up hope yet!

Good luck to all!

Count me in. I have just restarted after a break and wanted to go for bitesize goals so this is perfect.

weighed in today 1.6.08  90.1kg

I am back again for a new start so a new ticker.
I am doing it in bite size chunks, excuse the reference

Suesnew
I've kept these blinkies to remind me that I have already lost 8.9kg, this is what I have kept off.

Thanks Mallyflea

Hi,

I would love to be able to be accountable for my weight loss, I have no support at home maybe if I have to report in to this site each week I will get some progress.  My weight has been up and down, some days are good and other days not so good.  Sometimes I have the money for the shakes and sometimes I don't, I really want to lose weight, I have to doctor's orders but it is so hard, being out of work and feeling a bit depressed does not help.  When I don't have the shakes I try to keep it Low GI, but sometimes chocolate calls and I fold to temptation.  Anyway this month I want to get to my next goal which is 85. Good Luck to me!

New Start Weight: 89.4kg
