| Hi Guys I have 3 Kg to go to get to my goal weight, looking at starting maintence soon i have been having some issues from the artifical sweetners even after trying the "natural ones" so can you have sugar in coffee and tea on the maintence program?? Thanks in advance!  also when is a good time to start? i am struggling at the moment to get the salad into me at lunch with the shake coz i am sooo over it all i want is a nice sandwich etc, no junk food just a bit of real food!!

| Hi KTME Well about the sugar, all things in moderation and as long as you count them in you energy levels you should be fine. Now about the two shake thing, it's up to you when you want to go onto 1 shake a day, they say that you might lose it slower but I didn't but you maybe different, so why not try the 1 shake for a change. I started the 1 shake a day I think about where you are at the moment so it's your choice. Good Luck. SkinnyDi xx

Made my goal weight 6-2-08 Hi Everyone Here is my weight loss journey with TF.

This Photo was taken at my heavyiest being 137.5 kgs 2005. 
This one was taken on our holiday on the Pacific Sun June 2006, my weight was 95 kgs. Then I took a break of about 10 mths and put on 22 kgs. 
This one was taken in late December 2007, my weight was 85 kgs.

This was taken this year at the Sydney Royal Easter Show my weight being 79 kgs. I am now on maintenance and doing well. You've gotta love Tony I say. Sorry about the quality of the photo, my daughter had a new camera she was just working it out.
