falling off the wagon is too be expected but dangerous all the same coz I find each time I do it is harder to get back thru the 48 hours to attain ketosis again.
I have been off program for 9 days and have been having a lot of emotional traumas going on in my life but carb loading made me feel physically sick as well ~ it was like the old story about the kid caught smoking and Grandpa making him smoke a whole box of cigars ~ seemed great to start with but as it continued I got sicker and sicker.
Last night we (DD & I) had our "last supper" and today we are back on TF ~ she is having trouble coz she had to go to school and the fruit she took for lunch was not up to standard so she came home starving !!! and a bag of misery with a headache but doesn't want to have her shake coz there is no ice.........
I have of course had a terrible setback with my crash off the wagon.......I gained 4.1kg which is enough to make you cry I am hoping that a lot of it might be retained fluid and I might get a nice big loss, like the first week.
Congratulations to all those TFers that have been so good, and stayed on the winning ways.....I will be there again
