I still go for my walks in winter, 40mins morning and night and do a Curves circuit. I find it hard to drink the water and eat the vegetables though. I am searching TF website for winter recipes that use lots of vegetables. This morning I drank 2 glasses of water before I had my cup of tea, adding a bit of no sugar cordial, and then I took a bottle of the same with me when I went for my walk, already I have drunk 1ltre of water. Now for the vegetables.

Cheers

I really love having hot soup in winter!  The creme of chicken is my fave, unfortunately I don't have the cooking skills to make my own soup.  But I'm hoping that by next year I'll have shed all my extra kilos and I'll be ready to travel overseas.  I want to take heaps of photos (with me in them!) for a change!

My Goal Weight

What keeps me motivated is the thought that I'll be able to wear tight t-shirts and singlets in summer without having to suck my stomach in TOO much lol. I've been a big girl my whole life (apart from when I did TF just before I fell pregnant) and I loved the feeling of being able to buy the cute tops in jayjays and places like that where I've not been able to buy things since I was about 14.

It is hard to stay focussed in winter, but it helps that I'm lazy and like the fact that I don't have to be creative with cooking. I have a shake for brekky, fruit and jelly for a snack, and a TF meal for dinner. The only thing I have to cook is my veggies! Every now and then I get a creative burst and have something different like a piece of fish or cesar salad instead of my TF meal but to be honest I love the fact that I don't HAVE to think! lol.

Winter is lovely. I can survive on fruits and exercise. I love the way my husband praises the color in my cheeks. It gives me the will to exercise.

I love winter, but I also really dislike it!!

I love winter as it means I can eat alot of soup !
I love winter as it means I lose more weight without even trying much harder.

My main motivation this winter is...... Kathmandu !

Yes, I came across Kathmandu one day at the mall, and gosh I love it!

I want to be able to fit into something from Kathmandu, they only go to size 16 (which is really maybe a size 12). It would be so nice ot be able to walk in, pick something from the shelf and it fits !!

Also, I want to go abseiling, so that's a major influence for me.

Yes, I want to be one of those buff sporty chicks !!!

104kgs down to 72kgs pretty please mister tony ferguson !!!
my inspiration? donna, froggy, mallyflea, lilac, nikkimaloo, dave on the coast.... many more to be added !

what motivates me is knowing how much healthier and better off i will in the long run. I want to feel confident and not have to feel depressed about my weight anymore. But i'm also doing this for my future children, i want them to have someone to look up to and have a healthy role model, also i cant wait to see peoples faces when i have lost all my weight and will very much enjoy my first shopping spree

STAY MOTIVATED PEOPLE!!!

WE CAN DO IT!!!

I am really loving having a hot shake for breakfast like chocolate, latte or espresso and I just love having the soups for lunch, I make my salad and will have sip of soup, some salad, sip of soup, some more salad - yum yum.  Once summer comes I am worried it might be too hot for a hot shake or soup, I'm sure I will find another way to survive through Summer.

what first motivated me:

i moved out of home with the comfort foods and bad eating habits from my dad

then dad got a diabetes threat, and got told that his heart is bad

knowing that im obese and headed the same way i joined. im still hoping dad will join too!

winter is not that bad. i have the sugarfree lollies of an evening to stop me from eating bad stuff. it is always hard when your out and about and catch a wiff of a nice pie or chips... but i keep a dream image of bikini bathers and the sun in summer

stir fries for dinner is a fav
