I'm with Maxx too - enough is enough. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I'm sure by now TF have realised that communicating the changes could have avoided some angst from some people and answering queries more thoroughly and promptly might have helped too.
I think it is good there are people around like Dav O around who do take the time to research and question. However I dont think it is necessary to get aggressive about it and some of the chat about this issue has been downright nasty.
I for one am very grateful for the TF program and think they deserve more praise than criticism. The stength of this forum is the support and encouragement it gives to us so I would encourage everyone to put their energy into keeping it a postive place to come. Question by all means but keep it nice. If you are annoyed to the point of needing to get nasty then probably better to leave and be happier elsewhere.
Nobody is perfect but lets show a bit of the golden rule in here.

I am new to the programme and have nothing but praise .........great programme great support .

At the end of the day tell me any business that is not in it to make profit ........... you most obviously are bored ........... if you are not happy go elsewhere we all have choices !!!

I thank Dave for bringing this to our attention, but I do agree that he does come across a bit too aggressive when dealing with the staff - but maybe thats because of what he's experienced in the past when posting to/with the staff? I also think Maxx comes across as very rude and aggressive himself. Just because you don't agree with someone that does not give anyone the right to insult people on a personal level, it does nothing for your credibility in my mind. After researching it myself AND from the answer Dave finally got from the nutritionist regarding the wraps - I too eat these once or twice a week and they haven't hurt my weightloss - I am not a loser (I do wish people would check their spelling when they are trying to insult people!) because I eat these - I am an adult who loves the TF plan, but also wants to be able to incorporate healthy low carb foods into MY program.

I personally feel the TF response was far too slow in coming and it did seem to brush over some of the issues -but at least we did get a response. I hope in future they will not be so slow in coming.

Thanks Shimmi girl..nicely said. Everyone is entitiled to their opinion, keeping in mind that it will not always be in accordance with others. Lets not get hooked into reacting, especially if it makes you feel like being nasty. If thats not what youre about dont go there! I always find it best to acknowledge what a person has to say and move on. Its their truth, theyre living it..good on 'em.. At the end of the day we are all here for the same reason. To support, motivate and inspire..just a final word, the sachets are designed to work its up to us wether we lose the weight or not.

Dave,

If you are SOOO unhappy with the product, TF staff and the overall business ---- STOP THE PROGRAM (and for the record --- I AM screaming!)

I was reviewing the forum quite actively a few months ago - but communication skills such as yours mean that the rest of us are stuck seeing you dribble on.

This is a commerical market --- the reason that TF doesn't want to tell you everything is because competitors could use the information to create a duplicate (& inferior) product which would only seek to harm those who are attempting to lose some weight.
