Oh Kylie feeling 10 years younger is a great feeling, don't no about the looking 10 years younger   but I'll take anything at this age. Cheers

Hi Everyone Here is my weight loss journey with TF.
This Photo was taken at my heavyiest being 137.5 kgs 2005. 
This one was taken on our holiday on the Pacific Sun June 2006, my weight was 95 kgs.
Then I took a break of about 10 mths and put on 22 kgs. 
This one was taken in late December 2007, my weight was 85 kgs.
This was taken this year at the Sydney Royal Easter Show my weight being 79 kgs.
I am now on maintenance and doing well.
You've gotta love Tony I say. Sorry about the quality of the photo, my daughter had a new camera she was just working it out.

| Wow what a difference you look so different you have done very well. Thank you for sharing your pictures it has given me motivation to get back on track with TF starting this Friday I am going back in to be weigh and starting my journey again as of Saturday morning, I one of those people who need support. Those pics are great. You look so different! You always look happy, but you are glowing in your thinner pics. You must be loving the extra energy you now have. You deserve to be very proud of your efforts.
 We both started 29th Nov 2006, and we love doing TF at our own pace. We have TF for breaky most days, and follow the principles most days of the week. We have been keeping the weight off pretty well along the way. My details - height 175cm age 46 - Started at 111 kg, now at 83 kg - would like to get to mid 70's. My hubby - height 188cm age 49 - Started at 120 kgs, now at 97 kgs - goal around high 80's.   Thanks Mally!

Thank you so much for your kind words.
I'm so pleased with myself that I can motivated people to get back onto TF because like you I too am a second timer. This is the only program that has worked for me and I have done them all. I found it easy to follow as for maintenance it's not much different it just takes a little planning, Shorty has been my lifesaver helping me to understand and take control of my life and maintenance, now it's just second nature. I wish you well in your journey. Goodies
