I have tried to make this recipe but it turned out raw on the inside and so had a gross doughy texture. does anyone have any tips?

if you put a bit too much fibre it can make stuff go all gooey like that.
I made this last week and I used the mini loaf tins and separated it into individual little cake bars, it worked really well that way and made easy lunches for work for a few days 
I am going to try making the carrot cake one this afternoon I found the LSA mix at coles so I figured I'd give that a bash
