Hi Bride2Be

I will join you on your challenge.

Unfortunately, I need to wait until Monday to start. I will be heading out to restock my TF supplies tomorrow afternoon (fresh for a Monday start)....I went to the Terry White chemist at Burwood on Thurs only to find they no longer do it.

We have 5 months to go to our big day - I am hoping for say 10kg over a 2-3 month period (3 month max to allow for dress fittings and alts)

Look forward to checking in and seeing how you are progressing!

Hello Ladies

How are we all going this week

Well considering that this is week one i thought i shall start on Monday as well,

Yesterday was my mums Bday so i did have a smidge of bday cake, but other than that followed thru on the diet and even managed to hit the gym in the morning, and book weekly sessions with a personal trainer to keep me motivated.

Starting on 63kg and would like to be 55kg on tmy wedding day.

Hope you ladies are doing well.

Hey all! I am another bride2b and I have just over 13 weeks til my wedding (6th September). I am up to my third week and 3kgs are gone forever! Since September I have managed to lose, using TF and a couple of other things) 13kgs , I am hoping for another 10-12kg by the time the wedding rolls around!

I have decided I need to do this kind of challenge / noting my weight loss somewhere as it helps keep me on the straight and narrow!!

Good luck to all!!

Mel

(I would put a ticker down here but I have no idea how!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

hey dont feel too bad about your cheescake! but I got married in Sept last year, and to make it into my dress in the same kind of time frame you have to meet you goal, I had to be super straight with myself, I put my all into it and this forum here was a major help.  I made it into my dress and boy oh boy was it worth it (i have had quite a bit of turmoil in my life since and have gained again but it is going now)

I posted a pick of the back of my wedding dress here showing how much the zip had to go to fit, it was a major help, I could hear the cheers from here when I posted that it fit 1 week before my wedding!

This is your wedding day and you only have one chance at it, you can have all the cheesecake you want after that lol!

Stay strong and make your day everything you dream about!

         luv u Mal!

This my inspiration, I want to look like this again....SOON!

Love Text

Started TF 13 June 2006 at 104.5kg!

gained back 20kg, started again 9 April 2008 at 94.6kg!
