Hi everyone,

I am getting married April 14 2010 which will be our 10th anniversary together! I am sick of being fat and feeling ugly and i would love to be a slim, healthy and feeling beautiful bride. I started TF in Jan of this year and stopped for stupid reasons after about 6 or 7 weeks (despite a great weight loss - see below). I have tried to restart since then and kept finding excuses. I am currently ~95kg and want to lose about 30kg. I need to start trying dresses on in the months to come and need to get back on the wagon! I will try and get to TF on monday after work to weigh myself and buy my shakes!

15/01/2009: 99.9Kg

22/01/2009: 98.5kg (-1.4kg)

29/01/2009: 97.5kg (-2.4kg)

05/02/2009: 96.5kg (-3.4kg)

12/02/209: 95kg (-4.9kg)

19/02/2009: 93.1kg (-6.8kg)

28/02/2009: 91.7kg (-8.2kg)

Feb to current: fell of the wagon and was ~95kg a week ago. Aiming to restart Monday when TF is open again!

Thanks. I am actually looking forward to starting again. And have tried desperately to eat well today (i.e sandwhich over hot fatty meal for lunch etc). Having too much caffeine though. I think due to being nervous about failing. I finish work at 5 tomorrow and hope i will make to the shop before they close. I really want to just get started and start losing! I know what a difference it will make to my energy levels and general well being!

I am getting married end of next year. I know it ages away but at least I've got plenty of time! I hope to be down to 55kg by my wedding, although its not the real reason I wanted to go on the diet anyway, but it would definitly be a bonus.

I just started yesterday and while to get to my goal weight I have to lose 20kgs, I would like to at least lose 10kgs before my wedding!  Which is in just over 13 weeks. I am 174cm tall and 95kgs.  So determined as these wedding photos are for life and I don't want to be a 'fat' bride!!!!  I would love some sopport from fellow Brides to be!!

So congratulations to all the brides to be and I hope everyone succeeds to reach their goal

Well, i am a future bride (been engaged 3yrs) but no date set- army life has made it difficult to get a date finalised... Either way, i want to be prepared for anything and since my brother got killed in car crash in Aug, its not important to have the BIG wedding so it cld be tomorrow or in a fw yrs.... just depends on how we feel. Might elope yet! ANYWAY.... i have 17kg or so to lose so 82kg down to 65kg. See after that to see if i go lower.... depends on how i look- i looked a little gaunt at 67kg so it might be my limit!  But i just want to get the weight off, and be happier and comfortable with my body.... of course Matt loves me for me (i was this weight when i met him) but i think he will be stoked with my new body!! NEW CLOTHES is my aim also.... and to wear ones i have tags on from my last effort in 2006.

Gd luck all and keep ur goals in ur minds.... its ur day so u should be happy and healthy!
