You are very welcome, I hope you share some pics of your day, after being a bride i get huge warm fuzzies about weddings.  Actually I always did (I cry at every wedding even if I dont know them well and I have collection of lace hankies from being in the wedding parties and having other guests offer them to me cause I sook so much!!), but it has taken on a whole new perspective now.  It really is the best day of our lives

         luv u Mal!

This my inspiration, I want to look like this again....SOON!

Love Text

Started TF 13 June 2006 at 104.5kg!

gained back 20kg, started again 9 April 2008 at 94.6kg!

Well i guess cheating doesnt help on this diet...Didnt lose any weight this week though i should be grateful that i didnt put on any weight as well.

Only 7 weeks to go better stop cheating myself and put some effort into this.

Bit dissapointed in myself but i know i have only me to blame, i know this week is going to be better.

Hope all you other brides are doing better than i

Hi all you brides to be - im new to this site so not exactly sure how it all works yet.

My name is Rhiannon and me and my partner steve are getting married 24 October this year. I currently weigh 77 kilos - I really wanna get down to about 65 for the wedding. Me and my partner are doing personal training twice a week and I have just started TF properly today ( had the saches for a while now just enjoy food too much )

Well I look forward to hearing how all you ladies are going with the weight loss, good luck to us all.

(how do I edit my profile, no info is coming up and I can't find where to go to edit)

Rhi xx

Oh my gosh this weekend I was so naughty. I had almost everything im not allowed

Bread, potatoes, alcahol, chocolate, hungry jacks, chocolate cake.... the list goes on.

I weigh in tomorrow - im sure the weekend is going to do damage. I think i was 77.6 last tuesday - will see what tomorrow brings.
