Hi All,

I'm 2.5kgs from my goal weight and I'm getting increasingly nervous about maintenance.  I'm feeling pretty comfortable having been on the diet so long so the next phase is exciting but a bit nerve wracking.

I just wanted to ask you if the rules are the same for veggies once you're on Maintenance?  Are you still allowed to have unlimited allowed veggies or is everything now limited?  Just wondering how many of the snack habits I'm developing now will need to be altered.

Thanks for your time.

Naomi.

Yes unlimited veges(as far as I know) and small amounts of the ones you don't have on the 2 shakes BUT you won't be able to eat as much vege(at least thats what I find) as you have to get through all the other food in your day too.

Excellent, Thanks Klutzy.  Just want to have as many options organized as possible.  I am NOT putting it back on.  Looking at your story is encouraging, it's helped me all the way through.  We had lots of similarities, age, starting weight etc.  Now that I'm getting to goal you inspire me again, seeing you've been able to maintain it!!  Did you have trouble getting the last few kgs off?  I'm finding it's dragging on a bit, can't complain, though.  It hasn't slowed much till now.

Naomi.

Yes those last few kg are sooo hard! And they seem to return pretty quick too, I am working on getting them off again after a bad few weeks.
