Yep. I'm in. I've spent the week with the flu and feeling pretty horrible though I haven't eaten anything i shouldn't have. Just a bit worried about some cold and flu tabs I took - fluid retention, I understand. So I'll jump on board full focus and mow down a great week. Come on, everyone. Let's see what we can achieve in one short week- one day at a time!! Good luck all.

Just what I need. I dont have trouble with the food but getting some exercise is my biggest downfall. So this will help. This morning at home 87.5 (scales only in .5 ) I will try to do more walking than I have been. Weigh-in is this afternoon after work.  I'm feeling good.  TF scales 88.3

Mrs M I really need this to keep me focused for the whole week.  I think with this challenge for the week I can be good, weekends is where I fall because hubby always wants to go out for lunch or dinner so here I am ready willing and able for a good positive successful week.  Im up from the weekend not suprising with the icecream, and toasted sandwich I had for dinner last night plus Im due for TTOM in a couple of days so here it is:-

85.6kg

He he he - this feels so good.  I am the same Gaij - the weeks are easy, but weekends are my downfall.  Hopefully we will all be so focused by this weekend we will sail right through

Just got back from my walk which took bit over an hour.  Too windy to walk on the beach so we found a new route which was 4.8kms and over 7000 steps.  I am eating swiss brown mushrooms and then will have my shake.  I think I can really do this this week.
