OMG Rose - I'm feeling sick from my over indulgences today and those pictures have not helped

Need to go to bed - have been 'researching' an idea we had for Mr Ms birthday this year - a weekend away for the whole family and then a big lunch on the Sunday, which is his actual birthday.  Not easy finding a place with 7 beds - did find one but need to take out a second mortgage to stay there - shame as it would have been perfect.

Will catch up with posts tomorrow - night night ladies

Thanks for the blinkie Mally

Thanks Rose!!!! She is soooo super excited that it is her birthday tomorrow! The babysitter said that was all she could talk about today.

Spent the day doing washing, hanging out, bringing in and folding and putting away stuff - still not finished!!! Will do more in the morning. Babysitter came at 3.30pm and we bolted out the door - even though I didn't have time to straighten my hair and went out looking a little Krusty the Clown LOL!!! Saw The Proposal - it was quite good with a few good laughs. Then wandered around the new cafe precinct near the new cinemas for a while and then drove back to the restaurant to meet friends. Paul ended up coming and being the token male - kept making 'my harem' jokes - idiot!!! Had half a glass of red wine and then soda water the rest of the time. Shared a share platter of tapas for dinner - some good some not so good but nothing carby - too much protein.

Off to bed now before Carys wakes me at 5am for her present no doubt!! Meeting friends for brunch - they suggested Max Brenner and choc fondue to eat - I said no - not exactly on my bridesmaid plan!!!!

Kim - love your rambllings tonight - you crack me up!!!

Rose - well done of the incidental jogging, stair climbing etc today. Have fun at brunch tomorrow too - snap!! If we close our eyes we could pretend we were brunching together LMAO!!!

Trace - glad you managed to find your way home from woop woop!!!!

Nikki - hope you didn't freeze out and about tonight!!

Mrs M - I was the same as Rose reading about your pink heart dress - then duh!!! Its for the baby LOL!! Glad you had such a GREAT day!!!

Hope everyone else had a great day and gets to sleep in tomorrow.

Wonder who'll be first one on?? Hmmmmmmmm!!!

Steph x

I get to be first on thanks to son1 starting work so early this morning.

GOod morning ladies.

It is official. I AM a genius!!!!! Krash slept soundly all night without a cry thanks to being warm in his new bed. He is now roaming the house biting things and being a general destructo puppy.

Happy birthday to Carys. Hope she has a terrific day!!!! Good girl Steph for saying no to Max Brenner!!

Off to make mr kim's breakfast in bed. He's just called downstairs "do you know I'm awake?". I can hear his belly rumbling from here.

Good morning in thie blue skies and cloudy morning where the temp is 6

Trace good to see you are keeping busy while Nik is away - not too many days to go now   Good on you for having now pancakes - wouldn't be much of a Trace race if you didn't put up a fight and you never know that Pandora charm may be yours

Hope Krash slept peacefully in his insulated kennel and all was well in the Kim household last night.  Men can be so easy to bluff sometimes and sounds like did a good number on Mr Kim.  Loved the ramblings and did read them all

Rose sounds like you got heaps of incidental exercise yesterday - fancy walking on not jogging.  Enjoy brunch today - sounds yum

Steph wish Carys a HAPPY BIRTHDAY from me - I hope she and you all have a wonderful day - how exciting to be 5

Well done on saying no to Max Brenner - 5 year old birthday or not - you must continue to be good

Bugger Kim beat me - I've been dilly dallying here - should have been quicker!!!!!  Great news about Krash and his sleep

I hopped in the scales this morning and my ticker has gone in the wrong direction - which I expected - but thankfully nowhere near as far as I thought it would have gone.  I'm sitting on 73 this morning.  Back into it today - one shake a day.  After feeling so sick and had tummy cramps last night, which reminded me of my before TF life, I cannot wait another day to get back on that wagon of mine

Happy day all - I need to go and plan this weeks food and go to the stupidmarket and Georgie is hanging out for a walk so will wrap up very very warm and take her out too

How irresponsible of the americans to serve food like that and to reward people over 350lbs by giving them free food... that's just what they need!! Whose stupid brain comes up with such stupid ideas? They must sit around a conference table 'brainstorming' until one genius comes up with the idea to kill the fat people. Idiots!!

I've enjoyed my morning shake, have fed mr kim 4 pieces of vegemite and butter toast and a cup of tea with one and a half sugars!! Maybe I am trying to kill him too. Glad he is not a fatty.

Mrs M - no more talk about Trace winning our competition, okay? Thanks for reading my ramblings last night though. They were pure rubbish, hey?

Rose - good job with all the exercise - intentional and incidental - yesterday. I have slightly sore ab muscles this morning to remind me what a good girl I was yesterday. Wish I could see abs though. It is one of my goals..... I may have to paint them on.

Today's jobs are to clean the doggie paw house, do more washing, change my bedding, cook roast lamb and keep warm. There are a million leaves out the back so MAY rake and scoop those into the leaf bin if I feel inspired and want to get wet and dirty.... unlikely. All that will be in between running son1 back and forth to work and home. He is working 8am - 11.30am and 3pm - 6pm today.

Don't forget to watch Masterchef to see all the xmas in july foods that we can't eat!! I'm sure it won't be carb and sugar free.

Okay, enough crappy rambling from me. Didn't weigh again this morning but mr kim is 77.2kg so he is doing well since ballooning to 79 something.

Morning all!

Trace, hope you enjoyed the movie - I've heard mixed reviews about it too, but some said it was good (Mr Maloo and I haven't seen it). Oh now I read you thought it was ok LOL a bit behind in the times!

Kim if you never got to the weight you wanted to then there is no reason to stop until you do in my opinion. Yay for Krash finally sleeping through the night!

Hehe Rose I do the same thing if I'm on a main road, no one needs to see me jogging Goodness me look at those pictures!

Steph, I hope Carys has a lovely day too LOL I didn't end up going out! It was too cold!

Mrs M, I hope you find something - what a lovely idea to go away for Mr M's b'day.

Good morning to everyone else. Had a lovely morning planned for coffee in the sunshine with my web-designer to go over my website layout and it's RAINING!! Anyway, getting close to getting the website done which is exciting.

Only just got out of bed though, so have started on the water and am having a cup of herbal tea at the moment to wake me up a bit. There was an inlaws dinner on tonight but I made an excuse as I KNOW the food won't be TF friendly so tonight I'll probably just make a salad and grill a piece of chicken since I'm on my own. So I guess I'm having a back to basics Sunday?

Nikki x

I've been on a tidying frenzy this morning. Have cleaned out my study area and am sitting at a desk that is not covered in paperwork. WEnt into the backyard and have raked 6 big piles of wet leaves up. That is hard work. Now to convince son2 to scoop them all up into the bin with the green 'hands' whilst I vacuum. Good luck to me!!

Time for a decaf now and to put the leg of lamb into the slow cooker. Hope it fits so we don't have to have oven lamb that needs some oil. Fingers crossed there.

Nikki - hope you can find some sunshine. We have some here but it is still bitterly cold. I have hung my doona cover and sheet onto the line... wonder if it will dry today? Here's hoping for that too.

Morning ladies

Mrs M when I came down to Tassie a few years ago with a groupo of friends we all stayed here - http://www.carltonriver.com.au/. Its big and has heaps of beds and was pretty well priced at the time. The original host has since sold so I don't know anything about the current ones, but it's big and gorgeous and such a beautiful spot. I was just reading the dreadful story about the little boy in Tasmania who got strangled by his clothesline while on the trampoline - how awful.

Rose those photos are disgusting! How sad that people would actually eat "food" from those places . Good for you doing the city to surf again!

Kim - late night ramblings made me laugh! Hope you had a good nights sleep and dreamt about being 58k. I wonder if I will ever get to 58k? Wow I would be so svelte and lean - what lovely words they are! You must be starting to get ab definition by now with all the sit ups you do? Have you googled medicine balls to get one cheaper than the sports shop? Here you go - I just did it for you and found really cheap ones in Melbourne for you - http://www.melbournefitnessequipment.com.au/store.php?pg1-cid50.html

Happy birthday Carys!! Hope your Mum and Dad didn't have too late a date night and you woke them up nice and early

Steph I hope you didn't have to face chocolate fondue this morning? Oh how lovely....mmmm chocolate!! I talked to my Mum last night and they had had avocado and cheese on toast for dinner and it's all I've been thinking about since {note - the reason they had toast for dinner is because Mum sliced a big nasty chunk out of her ring finger with gardening shears last weekend and is kinda off major kitchen duties - just in case anyone was wondering why my parents are eating toast for dinner }

Have a great day with your webbie Nikki. I am happy to do useability testing and content proofing on it if you want - I love doing that shit and am good at it!

Hello to everyone else who is still sleeping in or being busy on a Sunday! Cherry are we 2 or 3 hours ahead of you at the moment?

I had a quiet night at home....again....was going to go out for a few drinks and a dance, but had already spent $589 this week so decided to stay home. Will stay home again today as that is the only way I don't spend money

I am up to season 3 of the original Melrose Place and loving it - yes sad I know....

I had the spinach beef curry for dinner last night and had 3 portions to freeze. I've run out of freezer space though so spent 30min trying to reorganise the 2 drawers so I could fit everything in. I will need to start eating stuff in there instead of cooking new stuff!

Still in my dressing gown so will head off for a shower now. Have a good one!
