| Good on you Mrs M with your walk your off to a good start. Im going for a walk when my daughter gets back from summer school after lunch I will go and find my pedometer and put it on now I will try and keep track of how much movement I do through the week to, LOL it may make me realise how lazy I am and get me to get moving more I think you have to do over 10,000 steps per day to loose weight. Ok off to frisk the cupboard for the pedometer, then come back to read the forum

| Hiya guys - I'd love to join in as well to keep me motivated this week - official weigh in is Thursdays for me. Was sick all of last week and it gave me a little gain - but I've already dropped about 1.9kgs over the weekend so am aiming for about 2.5kgs for the week - this mini challenge is just what I need to keep me focused! I weighed in this morning on my home scales (big difference compared to TF scales - lot less ) - was 82kgs, will weigh in again friday morning and see how I went for the week.

yeah im in for sure.... i would like to loose atleast 1kg before my weigh in on monday good luck everyone
  !THIS IS ME NOW! !THIS IS WHAT IM GOING TO BE!  My Boyfriend loves this pic but i don't... i want to get rid of that chubby face i don't want my chubby arms either and i want to get rid of my big boobs THIS IS ME AT 96KG!! Week 1, 23rd August: 98.3kg Week 2, 30th August: Didn't weigh in because i was naughty. Week 3, 13th September: Didn't weigh in again. To nervous i guess and i had a huge weekend and went out heaps and yeah .. it sucked because i was good allll week then when friday night and the weekend comes.. i just give up or say its to hard  Week 4, 20th September: 94.9kg - 3.4kg loss.. wooo hoooo Week 5, 27th September: 93.3kf - 1.6kg loss... WOOO HOOO Week 5, 4th October: Didn't weight in, didn't have a car all weekend Week 6, 11th October: 94.4kg. Put on 1.1kg NO WORRIES THOUGHT ILL GET IF OFF AGAIN THIS WEEK!!

I'm in too! i dont like weighing myself at home so i have no idea how much i weigh at the moment, but i vow to be good all week! Weigh in is on Wednesday so fingers crossed i have a loss!! Good thing is that one of my work mates said this morning that she can already see a little difference which was nice!!

I will be in this one as I totally blew the weekend challenge. I just seemed to be cold and hungry all weekend. Anyway I was 77.7kg this morning (hopefully just fluid) and really would like to be 76kg by next week. If I try really hard I know I can do it! The only problem is I am going to a ball on Saturday night and it is a three course meal and beer and wine provided!

I don't care how long it takes, I will get to goal!!!

MINI GOAL - LOSE 5 KILOS BY 1ST OF JULY

| I want to say welcome and have fun to the challengers too. So far going well just had an apple and now onto my second litre of water. Thinking I might have a salad and shake for lunch. Hope everyone else is staying focused too.

Sure am being good  Made a load of vegie soup some for today and some for at the dream job tomorrow. I have also made tomorrow nights dinner (TF Hearty Beef Casserole) so that when I come home I don't have to think  Have had a banana, shake, jelly, mushrooms, vegie soup and nearly 1.5 litres of water oh yeah and fibre in one of my waters. Am now going to tackle the ironing. Have a lovely walk this afternoon Gaij. It will be warmer than mine - 9 degrees and blowing a gale The Jack Russell was nearly a kite LOL
