Hehe, Mally you should definitely post here! You can inspire all of us Friday-er's to keep on track!!

I'm doing...well...I'm doing okay. Weigh-in wise I've had a really crappy couple of weeks, but I'm feeling quite motivated today! I haven't strayed from the program at all today, and hopefully I'll keep it that way until Friday!

I managed to lose 100g last week, which was disappointing after a few bad weeks - i was sure I'd lose more this time, but oh well. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger eh?! Still, even taking these past few weeks into account, I still think I've done bloody well on TF! The ladies at my local TF called me a "success story" last week (even after the crappiness!)...so I'm feeling good!

week 2: 29/02/2008 111.1kg 3.6kg loss And I'd had slip ups too!!!

week 4: 14/03/2008 108.2kg 1.6kg loss I swear I lost less...
week 5: 20/03/2008 107.7kg 0.5kg loss St Patrick's day drinks
week 6: 28/03/2008 105.1kg 2.6kg loss over the 10kg mark!! After Easter too!!
week 7: 04/04/2008 103.7kg 1.4kg loss bring on double digits!
week 8: 11/04/2008 102.3kg 1.4kg loss getting excited!
week 9: 18/04/2008 100.7kg 1.6kg loss Broke the 15kg mark!! And next week is the week!!
week 10: 25/04/2008 99.8kg 0.9kg loss w00t! Double Digits all the way!!! *Happy Dance*
week 11: 02/05/2008 99.0kg 0.8kg loss Any loss is a good loss...
week 12: 09/05/2008 97.6kg 1.4kg loss Nice to see a good loss again!
week 13: 16/05/2008 96.2kg 1.4kg loss Can't believe I lost this much after so many slip ups! So close to the 20
week 14: 23/05/2008 95.1kg 1.1kg loss w00t, over the 20kg mark!! 21 kg in 14 weeks - 1.5 kg a week is a good effort!
week 15: DNW - Too much study to do, too many temptations to hide, too much of a blocked nose to care!
week 16: 06/06/2008 93.5kg 1.6kg loss Yay! So close to the half way mark!!
week 17: 13/06/2008 DNW - Dad's birthday and too many treats/not enough time!
week 18: 20/06/2008 92.9kg 0.6kg loss I deserved a smaller loss. But I'm half way! So that's something
week 19: 27/06/2008 91.2kg 1.7kg loss Feeling good again, I think I'm back on track!
week 20: 04/07/2008 89.2kg 2.0kg loss OMG!!! I'm in the 80s!! Haven't been in the 80s since I was 16!
week 21: 11/07/2008 87.9kg 1.3kg loss Another good loss!! 5kg over the past 3 weeks - wow!!
week 23: 25/07/2008 87.6kg 0.3kg loss I suck
week 24: 01/08/2008 87.8kg 0.2kg gain I am so annoyed with myself, it's shameful. First gain ever. TTOTM but still no excuse
week 25: 08/08/2008 87.7kg 0.1kg loss Something out there really wants 87 to be my number!! And I thought 08/08/08 was meant to be lucky too!
week 26: 15/08/2008 86.0kg 1.7kg loss Yay! After some crappy weeks a good loss again! OVER 30 KILOS! And I'm no longer Obese!!! squeeeeeee!
week 27: 22/08/2008 85.3kg 0.7kg loss Yay! Way more than I deserved to lose!! Very happy
week 28: 29/08/2008 84.6kg 0.7kg loss Another good loss! I'm happy
week 29: 05/09/2008 85.0kg 0.6kg loss Need to start moving my booty and stop slipping up!

Current Weight: 84kg

TOTAL LOSS: 32.1kg in 29 weeks!!





Short Term Goals
Goal One: Double Digits! By the end of April Achieved 25/04/2008
Goal Two: Drop below the half way mark - 93kg! Achieved 20/06/2008
Goal Three: To be overweight! < 86kg! Achieved 15/08/2008
Goal Four: Lose 35kg - get down to 81.1kgs
Goal Five: Living in the seventies! <80kgs

I'm in - I'm a friday weigher and have been badly off track for the past 10 days - but today is the official restart - and this time I will not fail!!!  I had a goal of getting in to the 80's by end of August, and the way I am going I'll be hitting the 100's instead!

I'd like to join you!!!!  I'm a Friday weigher.....

I'm a little late this week and have been falling off posting each week, so this should inspire me to be regular!!!

Looking forward to Friday....

It's gonna be a bright, bright, sun shiny day!!!!    

Height 156cms        Goal Weight      60-65kg             

Start Weight     7/3/2008     96.5kg   -->     WEEK 27  12/9/2008  76.8kg (loss 400g)    = 19.7kg lost.

                                          

                                       (I lost my blinkie!!!-awaiting the return!!)    

Return to TFRe-Start Weight:  3/2/2009      85.0 kg  = 11.5kg total loss.

WEEK 29   10/2/2008     82.6kg (loss 2.4kg) =  13.9kg

WEEK 30   17/2/2009     81.8kg (loss 800g)  = 14.7kg (4 and a bit kg to get back to where I was!! )

WEEK 31   26/2/2009     81.6kg (loss 200g)  = 14.9kg

   

 Pledge to lose 7kg....starting 19/2/09

Another Friday weigher here.

I restarted on the 29th of July and to date have lost 2.6kg - it is slow going.

I swear this happens all the time, as soon as I start to watch what I eat my body thinks it is starving and holds onto every little thing that goes in.
