Well it is only 3 and a bit day until weigh in and i am feeling positive still about this week, although on the weekend I ate right but did not have anywhere near enough water. I am now trying to have 3lts to counter act that but that is really hard in it's self.

yeah not long till weigh in now kerry

im sure u will do great on friday

i weighed in my scales today at 75 but i was naked lmao so i will have to add a little cos i have clothes on when i weigh

so if i be extra good i mite have a decent loss this week i am abit excited actually this week dunno y maybe cos i havent got long till goal

I think the people at TW might get a bit of a shock if you turn up on friday in a bath robe and strip with your shoes on of course (for hygiene) Just to get those few 100grms off this week.

i think my scales are dodgey lmao

yesterday was 75 and today it says 75.9 is it even possible to gain over 900g in one day?

i even was extra good maybe a little more protein than usual but drank lots of water

oh well the scales on friday will tell

Tomorrow is weigh in day and I have been off the program for most of the week because I thought I had the flu - turns out it is bronchitis and some stomach virus as well. I feel so blah.

I have been surviving on lemonade (the real stuff), butter menthols with honey and lemon tea. I ate a toasted sandwich last night because I felt like real food at last.

I am dreading getting on the scales tomorrow but I have to have a starting point from when I was sick.

Still feel like crap but I am determined to get it done this time - once and for all.

Good luck to all the Friday weighers tomorrow.

I weighed in today as i might not have time to do it tom. And I was not too happy with the scale I did it one day early and at 1pm when I normally do it at 9am so i was full. I was a turtle no change at all still stuck at 96kg. I must admit not been all good this week and have eaten bits here and there of my kids food but I am back on and going to do it this week right.
