Hope you don't mind if I join in.

I had my first weigh in today and I've lost 3kg in a week. It sounds great, but I'm really good at shooting myself in the foot so I'm trying not to let it go to my head. I am having the worst cravings for bread at the moment but I'm being strong and not giving in. I figure they eventually go away, it's just a matter of hanging in there.

My stats

Height: 183 cm
Start weight: 106.9 kg
Week 1: 103.9 kg

13/11/2009 - SW 106.9
20/11/2009 - 1st 103.9
27/11/2009 - 2nd ?

mini goal weight: 99.9

Goal weight: 85 kg a little bit over my BMI but any lighter and I look really gaunt

I'm new to the whole TF process (5 weeks old) but can you possibly do the progress or maintenance program to break things up a bit without undoing all your good work?

Hey amazon, what a fantastic loss for your first week!! how about using one of your snacks and getting a tf wrap and using that to help curb your bread craving. Taking chromium will also help with taking away the hunger pangs and

Barney -woow, you have done sooooo well with your weight loss!!!  have a talk to your tf consultants - they will be able to help you out, perhaps going on progress might be better suited for you atm.

Hello Everyone,

I'm a Friday weigh in girl too. I have been on the program now for 6 weeks and have managed to lose 12.6kg and 10cm in that time. Am actually going away on an extended family holiday to Lennox Head in 5 1/2 weeks so can't wait to see what I lose in that time and what sort of clothes I can wear on the beach. Woohoo!! Can't wait. Will keep you posted as to the results in 5 1/2 weeks.
