As I have a lot of weight to lose, I am just curious, can you do maintenance whenyou get to say...half way?  Just learn to maintain for a while and then continue later with losing on the two shakes or something?  Just thought it might help ease the path a bit on a long journey.

seeing as we maintain to the weight we have achieved I see this as possible,

when you go onto Maintenance you actually change to a Low GI / Low Fat Diet instead of the Low Carb. one like you're on at the moment, it is tailor made to you personally by the nutritionists at TF....eg: Height/Weight/BMI/Age and then they calculate  how much fat/carb/protein etc./., is best for you to Maintain your weight....
