Yes :O) if you follow it properly just like the TF diet....but if you eat too many high GI foods and fatty greasy foods it will bite you in the bum every diet works if you work AT it, I myself slipped over the line and paid the price, but it is easy to get it back in line again with the knowlege we gain from here...I reached my Goal over 2 1/2 years ago and Maintained for over 18 months but went back to my old comfort food days when too many family problems piled up on me, my fault entirely not Maintenance :O)

Hi I would agree with Mally 100% if you work at it and understand how you put the weight on in the first place you can maintain no problem, for me this is a life long journey not a qick fix.
I have been doing maintenance for about 8 mths now and I'm doing really well, sure I have my days where I have eaten more than I should but the very next day I'm right back on my meal plans or my energy levels, you wouldn't be human if you didn't have some days off, but I do pick the days that suit me like wedding, birthdays or special occasions.
I hope this helps you.

Cheers

Hey ladies thanks so much for your replies. That makes alot of sense. I kinda thought that would be the case. You obviously need to stick to anything if you want the outcome to be positive. I still have 10kgs that i'd like to loose before going onto maintence but for now thanks for you help.

Take care

Amanda
