okay, just worked out my total calories for today, it was 972. how does this compare with other who are/have been on the one shake a day plan?

i just want to get this right, i don't want all my hard work on the 2 shakes to be worth nothing now.

i WILL be 70 kilograms
This is for forever, i'll do whatever it takes.

When I was on One Shake I didn't count! Thats what I like about TF, the not having to think too much lol. Di may have counted though as she headed towards Maintenance.

Hi Hayley

No I didn't count the cals, when I was on the 1 shake a day I just follwed it to the T and b2b which is no graveys or dressings etc. Now I'm on maintenance I do count my grams on everything to keep me honest and I do keep a daily food dairy, I find that if I don't do this the weight creeps on a bit and I do weigh myself every morning still, I surpose old habits die hard.

I hope this helps you.

Cheers

thankyou, i am planning to stick to the basics aswell. i mainly wanted a food diary to make sure i was getting everything in i needed too. i'm finding the one shake plan confusing! this worries me even more about maintenance. i just want to keep track also of how many times i have eggs, red meat carrots etc and keeping that stuff in control. i think i should be okay from here.. just curious though, can we have both protein serves at once, say like steak and eggs? or must we have one for lunch and then one for dinner?
