| well as some of you may have seen my post in the weekly weigh ins I MADE GOAL!!! WHOOOOO here are some before and after photos. 26.6kg and 28cm off my waist, from a large 16, ( 18 in some clothes ) to a 10 ( and a size 8 in a pair of pants im buying tomorrow ) Im so happy with myself, im so much more confident, and happy with my body! i love it! again thanks to everyone on here, for the support and help iv gotten over the last few months. you can do it if you stick at it. im onto 1 shake a day plan now for a week or so, and then maintance. i cant wait for my sandwhich tomorrow! 

 Wednesday 26th Nov08: As on page 3 i put up a new pic of before and now. 1kg to go. my tony ferguson consultant wanted to enter me in some promo stuff and asks for a before and after these are the ones i gave her. thought id repost it here as everyone genrally just goes to the first page! lol before photo was taken in nov last year, and now was taken last week. iv been sitting on about 57kg for the last 6 weeks. gettin on track now to get down to 55 and onto maintance before christmas. thanks again for all the comments!

20/11/09  Hi I thought i would add some extra info as alot people seem to ask the same questions to me! sorry im not as active on the forum anymore, ( planning a wedding thats keeping me busy ) but i still come in and check and still enjoy getting PMs. questions i get asked Exercise: yes i did exercise at the start on a cross trainer started at 15mins in the end to 45mins. in the first 3 months, then i slacked off with it, but i still kept moving or dancing around the house! ( i think using the cross trainer helped with loosing so many cm at the start ) TIPS) 1) drink 3lts of water a day 2) take lots of fibre to keep you regular 3) and organise yourself keep a plan on the fridge of weekly meals and record everything on that to keep you focused 4) keep food interesting

| i did exercise every day for the first 12 weeks ( i had a goal to reach at the end of those 12 weeks ( my 21st ) and lost 16kg in that time, since then i have slacked off, i jump on my cross trainer prob once a week. but i have been doing sit ups to tone up my stomach. so not a huge exercise at the end, maybe if i had i would have made goal a bit quicker ( but also cheater doesnt help that either lol )
