Firstly i just want to say congrads for the weight lost you have already obtained ! You should feel really proud. If you feel your going off the wagon try to slowly introduce the shakes and good food back into your routine, with this type of weight loss program theres no point in going cold turkey. Just remember how you looked and felt back when you were 12 kgs heavier and how much better you feel now. Take baby steps in getting back into it.

Cheers

Well, I just went out and bought a packet of decaf for my coffee machine, thinking caffeine was out of the question. I start on TF tomorrow, and thought I'd get onto the Forum tonight to get the feel of what everyone else is doing.
I don't drink a lot of coffee, only one or occasionaly two a day and the rest green tea, my problem is diet coke, I would drink at least two cans a day.
I've never tried decaf coffee or caffeine free diet coke, but I know when I've tried to cut down on the coke in the past I've found myself to drink more coffee, so I'm obviously a bit addicted to caffeine, so here come the headaches, maybe I'll stick with one caffeine drink a day at least that will be a big reduction.

I will give up everything - all chocolates - all sweets - all norty anythings
but i am going to struggle giving up my tea.
I don't drink soft drink, i hate coke of any kind and i am lucky to have a cup of coffee once or twice a month.
I know everything can be changed over time but that is how it is going to be for me..........i will cut back in time
but i can't do it BANG in one go. *blush*

Forum Newbie.... I have had a bit of conflicting information so far also
, In terms of coffee my understanding is you can have 1 coffee per day if you want caffine or 3 for decaf... So long as you don't go over your daily milk intake which I think is 1/2 a cup??? Someone correct me if im wrong. So I'd say a skinny Latte is out as it is made from milk.

Starting Weight 77.9

Week 1 2.7 = 75.2

Week 2 1.1 = 74.1

Week 3 -0.8 = 74.9 -  Christmas Grrr

Week 4 Start of the 6 week valentines challenge I pledge 6 kilos, So thats minimum 1 kilo a week

1 coffee a day, then up to 3 decaf, or
up to 3 tea a day, then herbal after that

You are allowed 1 skinny latte/coffee a week as one of you 100 calorie treats. One would assume you didn't have a caffine coffee that day as well.

I think the milk allowance daily is 70 ml (just over 1/4 cup). It is meant to be a splash in the coffee/tea, as we already get around 400mls of skim milk in the shakes.
