I love a cup of coffee at night while i read or surfing on the net. Yes i can still go to bed after i have coffee. Always have. Since starting TF a week ago i switched to decaf and I'm still happy.

I do pepsi light. No caffeine no suger. Defac the way to go.

In June 2008 i weighed 93.7kg and lost a few kg on my own before starting the TF Program.

I have actually cut my caffeine intake by half. I only have one cup of tea in the morning and 1 can of Pepsi Max during the day. Compared to what I used to have about 5 cups of tea a day and 3 cans of Pepsi Max. I now drink the Golden Circle light mineral water, or just plain water with or without cordial. In the heat I find drinking plain cold water is a lot better than the diet softdrink or the tea.
