I find its the only time I have available to exercise. I work full time and have a 1 year old that as of Monday walks now and a 3 and a half year old that runs everywhere so not much time left after that.

Thanks heaps

maybe you could take the kids for a walk after dinner or something? youngest could be pushed in the stroller (make ya have to work out even harder!! ) hehe just a suggestion and theres always trips to the park

Looking hot in a pair of jeans tastes better than a chocolate bar, and it lasts longer too

If I don't have a fitness class in the morning I usually go for a walk in my lunch break.  I'm in Perth, and it's about 40 minutes to walk around the entire CBD, or I do a walk along the river and back.  Apparently there's a stair climb thing called Jacob's Ladder very close to the city that heaps of people walk/run up and down during their lunch breaks, I'll probably check that out one day.

I also have a gym in my work building with free access, but the equipment is old and not very sturdy so I tend to avoid it.  I much prefer exercising outdoors.

I work at a uni and have very flexible working hours, I take lunch when i want it, and it can kinda be for as long as i want! (within reason of course!). Im also lucky that i have a new modern gym on the campus and the membership is dirt cheap (like $30/month!!) they have lunch classes, like body attack, body pump, body step etc that all run from 12.05-1pm

So I start at 8.30, eat my fruit (sometimes) on the way to the gym at 11.55 do the class and am back at my desk by 1.10pm where i drink my shake and eat my salad whilst working. I then generally stay until 5.30pm and thats my day!

I guess exercising at lunch depends on how long your break is and how hard you work out (you dont want to feel sweaty and hot for the rest of the day!).

Hi

I do a circuit class in the morning 3 times a week, so I leave home 1/2 hour earlier than normal on these days.  I go for a walk during my morning tea break of 15minutes, and then go for a walk at lunch as well, I also walk the dogs when I get home.  I am lucky that all my kids are grown up and I don't need to be taking them with me.

Cheers
