ive just got the simply fibre today and used it on salmon patties, its taste is way too overpowering! But its still alright with other various things.

I don't know if I could have it in a shake, I'm a real texture kinda person so if I dont like the feel of something down my throat I usually gag haha!

But reguardless it does it's job, just wish there was no taste

I hate to be using the "nemesis" brand lol but I use Celebrity Slim fibre. It's great & a whole lot better then the TF one. I add 2 teaspoons in my shake & I can't hardly taste it at all. I feel it keeps me fuller for longer too.

I use the TF simple fiber too, not such a fan of it, but just put up with it! Just wondering is it possible to use Metamucil? As it is meant to be taste free and all. If so I think I mite give that ago once I've fin with the TF one....

I use the simply fibre, but only in cooking. I make the shake muffins from time to time but only when i'm craving something like bread.

I often find my bowels move just fine on their own if i keep up with the regular excersize and water intake.

I use a mixture of either the Celebrity slim fibre ( nice vanilla flavour and non gluggy) or the benefibre -
I was one of the few who liked the texture and taste of the simply fibre in the shakes - it was on my docs recommendation that I stopped using it due to the eostrogen content in it ............

I use TF Simply Fiber in my morning vanilla shake, I put more water in than needed and drink it right away before it bulks up too much. I like the grit as it gives it a kinds muslie feel.

I use Simply Fibre in my morning shakes. I like the way it thickens up the shakes and keeps me feeling fuller for longer. It is a must for good bowel movement. I've tried not taking it and things just don't work as well! I like the taste of the shakes with Simply Fibre. I've tried psyllium husks instead and while they are just as good for bowels, they don't thicken the shakes up very much.

I am currently taking the fibre (powder format) which I like to use in my shakes to give it more texture and a fuller feeling. However I noticed everytime I use it which is usually 2 heaped teaspoons, I get really bad tummy gas like cramps and am constantly passing alot of wind. Does this mean my body is reacting to it and I shouldn't use it? I do enjoy the taste and texture of using the fibre in my shakes and it does help to feel fuller for longer.

I have today purchased the best fibre supplement I have ever found....ever

It's

Definately available in NZ, and most likely in Australia but you'd have to check it out of course.

It provides 3gms of soluble fibre per serving (more than Metamucil).

The best thing is:
- Dissolves 100% with ease
- Does not thicken up anything!
- You can not taste it... at all, not even a smidge - that's right not even in a glass of water

If you want a fibre that you can sprinkle into your meal or add to your drink. Whether the morning cuppa or your first bottle of water. Benefibre is just the best.

Finally - after MONTHS of 'going' issues. This is working and does not affect anything other than what it is intended for... ;P
