| Who has questions about the new Tony Ferguson Progress? It’s a new phase of the Program that allows you to reintroduce some of your favourite foods back into your diet. But it does it in a careful, managed way, so that you still lose weight. Is anyone on this phase of the Program? I’d love to hear how it’s going. Or, does anyone have any questions?

I am considering trying progress, I have the book and also the book by Blair West.
What I would really like to see is a designated section of the forum for "progress" as it really is different to the usual program e.g it recommends bread 4 mornings a week etc.
I dont feel the forum provides adequate support or allocation of resources and space for the progress program

Id love to be able to reintroduce some favorite foods that I miss, but as quoted in the book these foods are prescribed to you by your Tony Ferguson Practioner. But my point is how do a lot of us do that when you only do the program thru online ordering and the support of the forum. It sounds like a great program to do but im a little scared to just self prescribe. However Id love to see a Tony Ferguson Clinic come to Lithgow or Bathurst.

Hi,
I started on the Tony Ferguson program, and got sick of the shakes, and salads especially during the winter months, and as I wasn't working I could not afford the shakes. I go to the Curves Fitness Centre 3 times a week and they started a weight management programme, which ran over 6 weeks and worked on the basis of High Protein, Low Carb, so it worked the same as TF only with real food. The first week I lost 1.5kg, and have lost consistently each week approximately 0.5kg. I believe that my body works better on a low GI program than any other diet or weight loss program I have been on. Thanks TF for kick starting me in the right direction. I also eat more than I have ever eaten before, with 5 meals a day each one including a protein, and I don't have to go without my fruit. I have not had a biscuit or chocolate for 2 months. I guess if I can do it anyone can. I am the lowest weight I have been for a long time. I think that I will go and grab a copy of the TF magazines just for the recipes or other information that it might contain. Knowledge is Power.
Cheers

Thank you for your emails regarding our Progress Program. The Progress Program is an entirely new program TF has developed to address our customers needs. The Progress Program does not replace our Weightloss Program nor our Maintenance Program, however is an extension of the Weightloss Program. On Progress you will learn how to eat the foods you love, lose weight and keep it off for life, with the support of a Practitioner trained in the psychology of weight loss. The cost of the Progress Program is $9.95 which includes the Progress Program booklet and two extended consultations with the Practitioner. If you are not near a clinic, you will have the extended consultations with the Practitioner via the Customer Service Centre. The Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our Weightloss Practitioners are always on hand to assist. The Customer Service Centre supports the new Progress Program hence you will find all staff at the Centre trained up and ready to answer your enquiries regarding our new Program and to also answer any questions that you have about weight loss. Customers can register for our Progress Program at any time once they are on the Weightloss Program, by simply having a consultation and purchasing the new Tony Ferguson Progress booklet. Some may choose to move back and forth between the Weightloss and Progress Programs as their lifestyle changes - it's totally up to you. Before commencing on our Progress Program you do need to be advised that weight loss is slower on the Progress Program than on the Weightloss Program. The difference in weight loss is as follows; Women are expected to lose 4kg to 6kg per month on the Weightloss Program and 2kg to 4kg on the Progress Program. Men are expected to lose 5kg to 8kg per month on the Weightloss Program and 3kg to 6kg on the Progress Program. When you are registered on the Progress Program any foods such as biscuits, breads, rice, pastas (the list is endless) will need to be prescribed by your Weightloss Practitioner only. They are not self prescribed by the customer. I will forward your feedback to our IT Department as they may be able to start a new section on the forum specifically for Progress. If there is anything else that I can assist you with or if you have any further questions regarding our new Progress Program, please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Service Centre on 1800 612 644.
Kind Regards,Rita Tony Ferguson Staff

Hi
Great idea this magazine, I hope that there will be low carb recipes to try and heaps of nutritional information. I have graduated away from the TF shakes and now concentrate on low GI, and am still losing weight, but extra knowledge never goes astray.
Cheers

Dear All,
We have checked with the store in the Myer Centre and they definitely have Progress Plan trained consultants as well as the Progress books. If anyone is experiencing difficulty with getting information about the Progress Program from this store you can ask for Rebecca or Neil when you visit.
If anyone is experiencing difficulty in getting information about the Progress Program from any other store, please let us know so that we can investigate further.
If you should have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.
Kind regards,WoodyB Tony Ferguson Staff
Thanks Mally
