I have previously complained about the Liverpool centre because my mate had masses of problems with them ... make sure you write your complaint on the forum - there is a section that takes complaints seriously.

I have started Progress 2 weeks ago. I introduced bread 3 days a week, but am finding it hard to eat it now. I also am finding i'm loosing less weight on progress too! I am also allowed 2 anzac bickies 3 days a week. You can tell them whatever you want to introduce instead of the 2nd shake, but i found i lost more having the two shakes. It works well for some. So far two weeks in, i'm not sure. You can go back any day to tf consultant to change the introduced "loved" foods to something else. They just tell you how often you can have it.

started TF 03/08/2009 173cms tall, 112.5 kgs

first week in - 2.7kgs

second week in - 2.4kgs           Total 5.1kgs lost

third week in - TTOM.. - 100gms

fourth week in NO LOSS NO GAIN   Total 5.2kgs lost

fifth week in - 1.1kgs                   Total 6.3kgs lost

sixth week in   DID NOT WEIGH IN - ON HOLIDAYS

seventh week in  DID NOT WEIGH IN - ON HOLIDAYS

eighth week in  DID NOT WEIGH IN - ON HOLIDAYS

ninth week in + 1.6 KGS

Total weight loss.. after 3 month break... ont the 5th Jan 2010... 104.5kgs..

Hi NurseNashy....you should have been told that your weight loss would slow down on progress.... this is due to the fact that you are introducing more carbs. You are right, people lose at different speeds both on the weightloss program and the progress program. if it helps you to stick to the program then that's all that matters. If you are struggling to eat the bread and aren't enjoying it maybe cut back or drop it out again. I know since I started TF I struggle to eat any complex carbs. I really notice how bloated and windy I feel after. That's good cause then it will help me to maintain the weightloss if I know how bad I feel when I eat them.

Good luck on your weightloss! :-)

MAIN GOAL - THIS IS THE LAST TIME!

hi all
I have been on the progress for 3 weeks. I was so scared to start the progress as I thought that I will gain more weight since I will be eating bread, yogurt and also loved meal once a week which is pizza. I was amazed that I actually started loosing more then on the first stage still cant belive it. Lost 3 kg in 3 weeks, will see how I go this week.

hope everyone is going well ))

Reading the spring issue of Tony Ferguson, the article on the progress program answers all the questions that I have had. I often give up if i plateau and stay the same weight for months, now I know that I can see some one in the Terry White chemist that can put me on to the progress program to kick start my system again. Good on you Tony Ferguson you think of everything.

cheers
