Hi,
This website has recipes and you can also click on the nutritional information for each one. This makes counting carbs, fat and calories really easy...

There's another website I came across which does heaps more - you can sort products by their nutrient values, so if you're looking for low fat, high fibre, low energy foods, it saves you tonnes of time wasted comparing labels at the supermarket.
www.eatingsafe.com
I found that it also allows you to sort through allergens...so if you're allergic to something, you can find out whether or not it has it online.

| Just checked out different site that you can use to compare similar supermarket products and have to agree with Jesssilly (4 post previous) that www.eatingsafe.com would be the best by far!!! And I love that I can use it to analyse my own recipes- this will save $$$ on buying more cookbooks, I can now just change my own recipes to make them better.
