| Hope this is in the right place over the past 18 weeks i have done a couple of throw out of clothes that dont fit me anymore maybe just a couple of things at a time. However this morning i decided to try on every item in my wardrope and to see what fitted and what didnt. I had some clothes that i bought that didnt really fit me but thought at the time of buying that i would lose a few kilos and thaqt would be nice ( cant believe i thought that in a 26/28/30 size clothes Anyway the morning began, my husband was my bench mark for what was ok and not ok and oh boy was I ruthless  I have filled 5 !YES 5 ! large garbage backs with clothes that are swimming on me even some that i havent woren thinking they would fit me now fell down or i could have had someone inside that with me lol I even trow out some shoes , its intresting my shoes are getting bigger for me too Anyway a really big ramble but thougjht i would share consequently i feel pretty damm good...with few clothes and i am not buying too many more till i have reached goal LOL

I did that the first time when I had lost about 15 Kg, and then a smaller one when I had lost about 25Kg; it is SUCH a great feeling. And if you do have something at the back of the cupboard that you used to wear "once upon a time" when you were thinner, or something you liked but it was too small, it's great to move it to the front. I had a couple of coats which I loved which I couldn't bring myself to throw out, partly because I really loved them, and also because it is true; you can wear a large coat over the top of several layers. But I have almost reached the psychological stage where they can go soon. As soon as I'm not so cold!
Restarted 15th March 2010: 33.7Kg to go___________________________________ First mini goal: To lose 3.7Kg by 30th April. 26th April 3.7 total loss. 1st mini-goal ACHIEVED. ___________________________________ 2nd mini-goal to lose 5Kg by 15th June. 3rd May 0.1Kg loss. 4.9Kg to go. 17th May 0.5Kg loss. 0.6Kg gone. 4.4Kg to go. 24th May 0.4Kg loss. 1Kg gone. 4Kg to go. 31st May 1Kg loss. 2Kg gone. 3Kg to go. 6th June 0.2Kg loss. 2.2Kg gone. 2.8Kg to go. __________________________________ BAD BACK CHALLENGE: 8.7Kg by 15th June 24th May 4.7Kg gone. 4Kg to go. PASSED THE HALF WAY MARK!

Oh yes i know what you mean i felt like i was throwing out some old friends!!!!  I kept 1 "fat" outfit brcause when i am at goal i am going to have a photo in it and compare to another photo i have

I can;t wait till I can throw out some of my bigger size clothes  You are such inspiration ALL OF YOU !!!!!!!!
