Today I gave the notato's a run, pretty much followed the directions and found it to be wonderful.

Wanted it as a replacement for the mash potatos but have decided that it is almost better. I also put a single chilli in and mixed it through.

Used the light cream cheeze, just a teaspoon full.

Wonderful

I use just a little philly cream cheese and season it with Lemon Pepper.   I usually make up enough for 3-4 days and keep it in the fridge, so it doesn't feel like I am cooking two meals for the family.

I could get through them, but only by thinking it was mashed cauli - hubby spat out his mouthful. Poor pet, he's trying to eat my dinners with me and not have all those tasty things I can't.

I put off trying the notatoes because I thought there was no way it would taste anything like potato, then I came accross cheap cauliflour so though I would give it a go. I couldn't believe how great it was with a bit of gravy on it. I felt like I was being really bad,

If you skip the philly or ricotta, you can have as much as you want, with the philly or ricotta, the limits are the added ingredients.

If you want to go somewhere in between, make a double amount of notatoes with only a single add-in, or only put in half of the add-in.

I make my notatoes with one lite philly mini tub and fresh chives.

These are my fave side dish atm

while is Woolworths I noticed in the dip section Black swan brand baby Spinach and Feta dip which I used instead of the cream cheese ( has a smidgen of cream cheese in it but its mostly feta ) etc and omg its awesome
Pretty sure its ok as its 0.7 g carbs per 10 grams so I made a huge batch and used 2 tabs of it which will last me a couple of days

cheers Renee
