Hey and congratulations on getting goal.
Just curious for the people that are on maintenance how they're finding staying at their goal weight? How much exercise do you do? Do you find it easy or a struggle to maintain your weight? and how long have you been on maintenance?

First Goal - Get under 100kg - GOAL ACHIEVED 7/12/09 
Second Goal - Lose my first 5kgs - GOAL ACHIEVED 21/12/09 
Third Goal - Get into the 80's
Fourth Goal - Drop a dress size!
Fifth Goal - Lose 10kgs!
Week 1 - Lost 4.1kg   
Week 2 - Lost .5 kg 
Week 3 - Lost 1.2 kg 
Week 4 - Gained 2 kilos - Christmas time!!! 
Week 5 - Lost .5kg 
Ordered by doctor to hop off TF for health reasons for 3 weeks.
Restarted!
Starting weight 97.4

| A lot of the maintenance people only come here once a month to check in and weigh in in the progress thread... You might have to wait a bit or send a message to ksim - she has been at goal for a while and on maintenance. Maybe she can help
