[font=Arial Black]I received my order yesterday and was so excited. At work (I do arvo shifts) I took along the chai latte and it was different at first but then I enjoyed it. I just had caramel and loved it. Tonight at work I will take a new mocha..I just wish we could order the wraps online as my closest store is 600km away. Oh and also, I want pina colada back, they were my favourite

Right now I am going to blend up a wild berry bar to use as a base halved into two patty tins, cook in the oven for 5 minutes to brown a little then mix up a vanilla shake with about 150mls water and gelatine to pour on top of the base and then make up raspberry jelly with half water to pour on top of it all..Yummoooo, 2 meals ready to go and it feels soooooo naughty!!

Me ready to go out for xmas party  on 21st Nov, 74.6kg...Also my miss skinny 12 year old..ooops she is 13 now..lol

I am happy with the result, seeing as I had a pig out day last saturday for our birthdays. (my son 4th, daughter 6th and me 10th) Now it is buckle down until Xmas day for another pig out then back to it.. You know something funny, I felt so sick last Sat evening..lol..

14 Nov 75.4 and waist is 79cm getting there

21 Nov 74.6  OMG, went out for hubbies xmas party, skipped the fruit for the day and had 4 glasses of red wine (was planning on 2). I was so tipsy then I gave into the lady going around with the pizza's. the first 2 times I said no, 3rd time I took a small peice of hawian, I felt guilty whilst eating it. Silly me..However, I checked my ketosis 2 days later and I wasn't in the faint area which surprised me..Wohoo, maybe I may still loose this week

28 Nov 72.8kg and waist 77cm...OMG, next week I hope to be below 72 which would mean the smallest I have been since having children..From there on it's a bonus and awesome

I just tried one of the caramel ones this morning, and I don't know if maybe I just had a bad one because nobody else has mentioned this, but I wasn't a fan of the new formula. It didn't seem to come up as smooth and creamy as the normal shakes do, it was kinda grainy/chalky in texture, not really very pleasant at all. The flavour of it was good, but the texture of it was all wrong, I hope the normal ones stay around for a while longer yet because I don't think I could stand drinking these new formulas all the time

I like the new Caramel and love the new Chai Latte. I have to admit though that I am completely addicted to the Espresso shake. I will never tire of the taste. Yum yum yum.

I have lost 11.3 kgs and 1 dress size. Only 8.5kg to go. Yay!!

I feel so much better and have so much more energy to do the things i really want to do and not be hampered by the fat girl that has dragged me down in the past.

My motto is taken from an old Fred Astaire song "pick yourself up, dust yourself off, start all over again."

If you love the peppermint essence (with chocolate for choc mint), try adding orange instead for a jaffa shake... mmmm.

Hi, I am new to posting massages,

I started on TF meal replacements October 2007, lost 13 kg, ready for our Daughters wedding.

2009, Have slowly put it back on, and with a health scare I have started again today!

So we may be able to encourage one another? I want to loose at least 38kg and keep it off this time.

Hi Alice in Wonderland I love the name
I too have yo yod on diets for years
I hurt my back in 2000, but did not have a weight problem at all before that I stacked on 15 then 20 then 25kgs and last time got down to 82 kg and gave up
I am at 83.8kg today ( I weigh myself EVERY MORNING) and know I should not
I find that this diet is easy and I love it but not only that
The forums take time out of my day when I would normally eat
I encourage you to keep going
Well done for coming back
You CAN DO IT WE ALL CAN!!!
