I wanted to tell all of you about Green Bean Salad Tossers in Post Office Square in Brisbane. I am sitting here eating my salad that I ordered online thismorning and it is by far the best salad I have bought in the city. It is huge and you get to choose 8 ingredients plus extras like meat avocado and pumpkin etc. They also have heaps of dressings to choose from ( I had the lemond herb which is fat free). This is such good value in my opinion. And like I said you can order online before 10am and pick it up without waiting. This is such a great idea, i will definately be buying many more salads there. \

And one more thing, when you order online. As you add ingredients to your salad the nutritional value changes on the screen. It is a real eye opener to see what your "healthy" salad really contains.

Hi belle...yeah this place is GREAT! They have a deal that if you order 6 salads they will delivery anywhere in the CBD for FREE! BigGrin

when I worked in the city we used to have "Green Bean Thursdays" where just about everyone in the office would order a salad. (oh by the way if you order on line you get 20% more for free as well!) then they would deliver it just before lunch for free! It was a great way for us to support each other as quite a few of us were on weight loss programs.

Yeah I love the screen that changes with the choices you make. A real eye opener in some cases!
