Thanks for the tip.  Are the omlettes OK?  I'm assuming there will be fat in any of the meals but I'm trying to cut out the carbs if at all possible - and exercise like crazy to burn the fat off that I consume.

I went to a chinese restaurant on Saturday and there were no dishes on the menu that were just chicken (or beef) and veges. So I just asked for it.  I said Chicken and veges please, no seafood, no rice, no noodles, just chicken and veges.  They were great and that was exactly what I got.

Don't be afraid to ask for what you need and most places will usually comply.

For the omlette, you need to make sure it only has 2 eggs in it, as any more will be over your protein serve.
