heya

just wondering if we were allowed to have grain waves - they're yummy and i used to eat them before i started TF but am not sure if im allowed to have them now...anyone know??



Start: 96.6

Week 1: Lost 2.6kg  : 94kg

Week 2: Gained 0.5kg  : 94.5

Week 3: Lost 2.3kg  : 92.2

Week 4: Gained 0.2kg : 92.4 (not to bad for easter)

Weed 5: Lost 1.8 kg : 90.6

Week 6: Lost 0.1 : 90.5

Week 7: Lost 1kg  : 89.5

Week 8: Lost 1.2kg : 88.3

Week 9: Lost 0.5kg: 87.8

Week 10: Lost 1.2kg: 86.6

Week 11: Lost 0.1kg: 86.5 (not to bad since i was sick)

Week 12: No Loss or Gain: 86.5 (bad week again)

Week 13: Lost: 1.1kg: 85.5kg

Week 14: Lost: 1.1kg: 84.4

Few weeks off and restarting

Week 17 (i think): Gain: 2.2kg: 86.6

Week 18: Loss: 1.3kg: 85.3 (back on track)

Week 19: Gain: 0.6kg: 85.9

Week 20: Loss: 0.1kg: 85.8

Week 21: Loss: 0.4kg: 85.4

Week 22: Gain: 1.2kg: 86.6 (totally off track again!)

Week 23: Loss: 1kg: 85.6

Mini Goals:

80kg: new bag

75kg: new clothes

70kg: new shoes

65kg: more new clothes

mmmmm grainwaves so glad they are out in oz finally - had them in nz for years - they're sooo tasty

I have to admit I have actually tried them.   I thought they were much better than having chips.  I had the sour cream and chives.  They are actually quite nice and VERY filling.  A small bag actually fills you a lot more than a small bag of chips would.
