I'm having problems. I started the TF diet in februaury/march time but then had abit of drama happen which landed me in hospital for a few weeks. When I got out I had problems watching my weight then as the weeks have gone by it's been harder and harder. I actually gave it up for abit but now I'm going to go back on it hoping to get bigger and better results. I need to do this for me, for my health and especially for my boyfriend. I need this so I can start feeling better about myself and be happy with the person I see.

There is so much support on here and I could really do with some help. C'mon shelle you can do this.

ok you need to organise yourself for this to work.

you know what you have to do and you have to re think about what your eating.

organise your week so you know what you are going to have each night for dinner, lunch breaky etc. buy all that food at once ( if you can ) and then its so much easier to stay on track, put a calender on the fridge that you can write on what you will eat etc.

i also wrote notes like no cheese no milk etc ( as these used to be my cheating food ) on sitcky notes and stick them to the fridge.

dont so much think about that your doing it for your boyfreind, you need to do this for YOU.

the weight will start dropping off and you will start feeling better for yourself which in fact will rub off on him, but dont just do it for him as you need to want this yourself.

come on one week at a time, drink 3lts of water, keep up your fibre, and stay organised!!!!

get involved in one of the challenges and start being a looser!

Well done to  you for giving TF another go. Try to think positivly about everything - that to me is the most important thing. Im only on day 4 and I keep picturing what I could look like in 20 weeks if I stay motivated and keep going. And 20 weeks isn't that long, it's only half a pregnancy and I've done that twice. (me trying to convince myself that I can do this....)

Hard work always pays off.

Best wishes for your journey - YOU CAN DO THIS!
