| Dear TF'ers, We're currently looking for feedback on what types of topics you would be interested in learning more about or generally reading about in the Tony Ferguson Magazine. The Tony Ferguson Magazine has become an excellent medium for us to pass on exciting news and inspirational testimonials as well as articles on topics that we feel are relevant to people who are following our program. With that said, who better to let us know what they would like to read about than the people who are following our program and reading our magazine? We're really excited about this and we look forward to reading through all of your posted suggestions so please, put forward as many as you feel are relevant to you and with your help, we will do our best to create an even better magazine for our readers.

Maybe an easy to follow exersice regime that is simple and can be done at home?
Maybe a themed meals lift out recipe section? Eg. Like a winter meals slow cooker lift out etc.
 Re-start TF after gaining back the weight I had lost. Mini Goal Challenge- 4kgs in 4 weeks (hopefully!) = New Shoes Challenge Date 20/11/09 - 18/12/09

another thought - maybe like a "crafts" page
Something the crafts page could do is instructions on how you can set up your own "inspiration board" where you decorate a cork board with everything that inspires you to lose weight, like cut outs of magazines of images of what you want to look like, what you want to be able to wear, you could add images of what you looked like at your biggest, inspirational quotes etc.
The magazine could also include a progess tracker when you can write your measurements each week and can have it stuck up on your wall at home

also, what about a food diary? i know there is a celebrity slim food diary, but i would much prefer a tf food diary.

Hi,
Since starting the program 2 weeks ago I have been getting a lot of questions from my kids (7, 6 and 2) about why I am drinking those shakes and why they cant have any and so on about all the changes I have been making in my life. While I have tried to answer these questions the best I can, I would love an article on advice for parents on diets. Advice on how best to address children’s questions without giving them a complex about body image or sending the wrong messages to impressionable minds. Just a thought.

More simple recipes please! Maybe readers could contribute their favourites and once vetoed by TF staff they could be printed.

i know that it cost money to make a magazine but product that are advertised in there, would not be reccomended on the program, like the protein bars. i found that it was more advertising.
but i think it needs things like.
reciepes like making muffins from the shakes.
maybe some of the casarole type meals that are on here,
maybe more of a question answer type thing where submit your questions and someone will answer them.
maybe some of the posts that are in here that topics have been talked about, loosing weight to help with pregnancy,
loosing baby weight,
easy ways to exercise, like walking the dog, dancing ( doesnt all have to be about the gym )
different ways to use veggies and salad, veggie bakes, maybe list a few jar falvors that are under the 5kg per serve or per 100 that we can use.
a huge refrence to the forum as this is a huge help to alot of people, i know others on the prgram who didnt know that the forum existed.
maybe more profiles on people not so much a whole page write up but just a few questions and answers and they can submit a photo.
a competertion would be great
best ways to stay on track, if you asked the questions on here im sure you would get a huge responce of way that people do it.
i just think there needs to be more experience type answers from people who are or have been on the program that can offer advide not so much articals that show that water is great for you because ...
but i know if i read that drinking 3lt of water over 2lt of water will increse weight loss, i know id try that out, and i did.. and its ture.
but i look forward to getting the next issue ( as im in it hehe ) but would love to see it further its self, there is a topic in genral i think about what people think of the magazine and the reports arent the best.
