What about some "real life" peeks into people fridges and pantries?

Also a regular feature on menu planning to help people realise how much variety and food there is on the program.

Maybe pick out a few topics that have been discussed in the general area of the forums over the past few months and answer them in detail.

Kind of a Cliff's notes of whats been going on in the forums.

An article on the psychological side of slimming, the fears that might come up, the ways people can try to sabotage themselves, what to look for and how to avoid them.

An article on What to do when you need a make over. How do you go about finding clothes that can flatter you now that you can get into anything below and 18? Also, changing make up style. Lots of women don't realise they need to change the way they apply their make up or even to update style and colour.

A regular feature about where to find fantastic looking clothes for bigger people, while going through the slim down stage. Just because I'm losing weight doesn't mean life's important events won't happen and doesn't mean I don't want to look good on the way down.

Tips on exercising when you have physical limitations. I cannot walk very much or stand on my feet for too long because of heel spurs and I'm not sure of what alternatives I have.

A member's card which can get a discount at some places?

Gardening feature? A way to lose weight without trying and even possibly grow your own veggies.

Home spar page. Many people feel self conscious about going to a spa while bigger, so why not some simple tips and recipes to do it yourself?

I have just finished reading the magazines. So glad they are available and cannot wait to get my 'teeth' into the next issue.....

Can we have more articles on goal achievers - reading about people who went through the journey and have had success helps me focus and keep on track. The facts are ok, just want to read more about people instead.......
