Dear Customers,

Please be aware the Tony Ferguson One Shake a Day Plan is now referred to as the Healthy Eating Plan. This Plan is only available to person’s under 16 years of age (after gaining medical consent).

To replace the Healthy Eating Plan, we offer an exciting new development to the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program called Progress.

Progress looks at the psychology behind eating and weightloss- and helps us to understand why eat the foods we eat. To develop this Program, Tony Ferguson teamed up with medical doctor and psychiatrist Dr George Blair-West who has had many years of experience working with weight loss clients and looking at the psychological aspects of eating.

On Progress you can eat the foods you love and still lose weight! Once registered on Progress our highly trained practitioners will design an individualised program to suit your needs and lifestyle.

* Most Loved Foods are snacks or meals that you are missing the most and can’t imagine living without. These are discussed with a practitioner and prescribed as part of the Program.

** Back Up Foods are used as a safety net for hunger any time during the week when you are at risk of making bad food choices.

Things to note:

·         Tony Ferguson supplements are still recommended on Progress.

·         In most cases we prefer customers to register and try the Weightloss phase of our Program for 3 weeks before moving to Progress. This will provide an opportunity to learn about the Program, lose weight and determine if the Weightloss Program is suitable as well as determine which foods are being missed the most.

·         Progress is available in most Tony Ferguson clinics and Terry White Chemists or Tony Ferguson Weightloss & Wellness Centres and through our Call Centre (phone 1800 612 644).

Costs

To register on Progress, it will cost just $ 9.95. This includes a Progress booklet which is full of valuable information on why we eat the foods we do and an individualised program designed just for you. Once you have registered on Progress, you can move between both Progress and our Weightloss Program as you wish!

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Call Centre on 1800 612 644.
