| hi it's advertised on today tonight - and on foxtels tvsn shopping channel its a whey powder that you make into a shake - comes in either vanilla, strawberry or choc flavours the tubs last for 10 days and you can get them for between $45- $59 depending where you go - my local go vita healthstore has them on special for $40 for a while might give them a go - as it'll work out to be around the $2.30 mark for a shake....... if you google iso-whey the diet seems very similar to TF

| Worth a shot! I've tried a number of shakes over the years, in general I don't really enjoy having a shake for a meal, but have to admit TF are the best tasting shakes I have ever ever had. I've tried.... gawd, too many to list really. The worst was Herbalife eeew yuki da

| Iso Whey is effectively a low carb diet with high protein shakes... The protein from whey is much easier to digest than most other types of protein and it is lower in fat and I don't think it has any saturated fat like meats... But once again, it is also a low calorie diet too (like TF)... You can buy it in most good health food shops as well to save on postage. Personally I prefer pure whey isolate (protein) powder - you don't get all the other stuff (additives to make it a whole meal) so you can just use it as a protein hit in shakes, pancakes etc - it has no flavour, so I am guessing that Iso Whey use some sort of flavouring in their shakes too.

| well I bought two tubs - one strawberries and cream - the other double choc guys - the flavour is yuk - not sweet at all - the choc tastes like pure unsweetened cocoa powder - they are ok but only if you can stand the "unsweetness" but on the plus side - they keep you so full - much more so than TF or CS or any others I've tried but I dont think I could stand the taste long term ....you either mix them with lite milk or skim milk ... or yoghurt - the strawberry mixed with forme vanilla is ok ........

thanks jodes - I had the same thought too - they are really not that nice tasting - but they do keep you really full and on a slightly different topic - a friend gave me a sample of a "youngblood" mineral make up (it was a blusher) - so had a look at their website -it seems to be sold all over at beauty clinics - I was really impressed at their website - love the colours - you might want to have a look! - and by the way - never try the avon mineral foundation - horrible!!! doesn't blend - terrible quality!!! xx
