I have sent all my PM to the 'mark as deleted' folder and it still says my PM folder is full, how do I delete them so I have room again?

many thanks,

To empty pm folders

control panel
Inbox and tick box at side of ones you want to delete
scroll down to bottom there will be an empty drop down box with another box beside it that says with selected....
highlight move to delete
go back to sent Items and do the same
go to empty pm folders and click on the deleted items box
and then click on empty selected
it will ask if this is what you want to do, if all if correct click ok

:O)
