okay so because this diet is very different to any ive been on I just want to make sure i've got the right idea..

okay I am on the over 40 BMI eating plan

I had a shake for breakfast with the fibre (omg EW!)

then an apple and a vitamin at 10am

then for lunch I had 120g serve of tuna in spring water with a plate of broc and cauli (I didnt have any salad things in the house)

at 2pm I had another shake

at 3pm I had an apple (for afternoon tea)

the for dinner I had approx 90g serve of corned beef with all the fat cut off and more brocolli and cauliflower

then I had nothing in the evening... and throughout the day I drank 6-7 600ml bottles of water

Start: 11/07/2009 - Start Weight 121.0 

15/7/09 - Week 1: 115.5 - Loss: 5.5 

22/7/09 - Week 2: 117.5 - Gain 2kgs - ahh bad week cuz of my birthday! woops 

29/7/09 - Week 3: 117.5 - Not bad considering I only had 2 good days lets hope for better next week

5/8/09 - Week 4:

12/8/09 - Week 5:

19/8/09 - Week 6:

26/8/09 - Week 7:

2/9/09 - Week 8:

Be 115kgs by my boyfriends 31st Birthday 15/08/2009 15/7/09

 Be 112kgs by my boyfriends Birthday 15/8/09 

 Be out of the 110's - Bring on the 100's! Double Digits!!!

 OFF THE OVER 40BMI PLAN!!!!! - 106kgs!

 Be 107kgs by Week 8 - October 2nd

 Be out of the 100s - Bring on DOUBLE DIGITS!

 Be in the 90kg by JANUARY 1ST 2010! Bring on a New Year! AND 33kg to GOAL!

ULTIMATE GOAL : Go to Draculas on July 4th 2010 and be wearing a size 10 dress and get a photo taken to compare to this years one!  

Overall Weight Loss

that looks fine, remember you can have diet jelly anytime you like, so maybe handy for supper if still hungry, and allowed vegies are also anytime you like, keep up the good work and enjoy your journey :O)

here is an example which you probably have anyway...

Yes, you can have some extra protein if your BMI is over 40. You don't have to have a full serve though. For instance, your menu could look like this -

Breakfast - Sachet with Simply Fibre

Morning Tea - Fruit

Lunch - Salad/Vegies with a small tin of tuna, some ham or chicken

Mid afternoon - Sachet with Simply Fibre

Dinner - Protein serve (200 - 240g for a male 100 - 120g for a female) with salad/vegies

Evening - Fruit if you're still hungry

I don't put the fibre into the shakes, I don't like it either. Instead I'll add it to my evening meal. I might make my own burgers with it, or 'crumb' chicken or fish, or grind it up smaller and add to a stir fry.

Oh and forgot to say, if you are having 600ml bottles, then you only need to have 4. 600 X 4 is 2.4 ltr. 7 is too much and could put a strain on your kidneys.

I bought Simply Fibre, added it to my first shake, and never used it again
Horrible stuff. Ruins the texture and flavour.

it really does ruin the shakes...  I am so glad I wasnt the only one who thought that!! I kinda stopped using the fibre... im going to go buy some tablets because that powder is just uck! lol and it smells like feet
