Hi everyone,

 The reason i am writing looking for information is that i am now 3.4 kg from goal and was just wondering when i should get my maintenance program organised???

 I know that i can have it done at my TF centre but just not sure when i should organise it as i think i read somewhere that it takes a little while to get the plan..

 I am looking very much forward to reaching my goal and am at the moment throughly enjoying my TF journey.. So any info that anyone can give me would be great... And how far from goal was everyone when you got your plans done??




    


First mini goal 80kg   30/04/09      79.9kg

Next mini goal 75kg   11/06/09      74.9kg

Final goal 63kg

hi hun and congrats for almost reaching goal! YAY

The maintenance consultation doesnt take long at all. It takes about 30 minutes to do. I did mine on the phone, as I used to buy my shakes online.

They ask you a whole bunch of questions, eg your height, weight, age, favourite foods, what foods you dislike, etc.

based on that info, they design a personalised daily nutritional requirement for you.

It costs $39.99, and with that you get your programm/maintenance book, your tailored nutritional requirements for your body, and some other info.

You can go into a centre now if you like. You dont have to wait till you get to your goal.

I reached my goal last Tuesday, and I am on 1 shake a day for a few weeks to slowly easy myself into the maintenance program.

If you can, look up LOW GI FOODS, cause that what maintenace is all about.
