Hey folks, If you are interested, Pm me your name and stats and I will organise it. I am looking at starting it July 1st and it will run until End of September....as a three month motivator into exercise. All you need is a Pedometer and Feet!

  10kg in 10 weeks challenge - Round 1 (current weight lost 11.3 kg) -

Round 2  - SW 140.6kg (8.4kg to go) - dropped out.

New Years Eve Challenge - Pledged 30kg (current weight lost 13.3kg) - 16.7kg to go.

 

START Weight - 153.7kg (as recorded at Angle Vale TF booth on the 1/6/09.)

I have a pedometer and I have feet, I need some motivation to get walking!!

*1st Goal is to get to 130kgs by the 5/3/2009!:
