ok - this sounds like a great motivator to get me going.  Sorry never have done a challenge before, what do I need to do.  Help.... do I have to let you know everyday with how many steps - or can I advise every week.  Sorry if I sound special.....

currently   94.0kgs!!!

TOTAL LOST ... 46.0KGS YAY!!

*1st Goal is to get to 130kgs by the 5/3/2009!:

Good Evening everyone,

well I have just had my shower and I took off my pedometer and I busted my butt

walking today and only achieved 6798 steps!!

I will try to better that tomorrow although I doubt it as tomorrows my ironing day and

then I spend the afternoon catching up on paperwork before taking my daughter to the

 childrens hospital in the afternoon..

On Friday though, I am going to put in some extra work with my walking!!

How did everyone else go today??

Hi Everyone,

I have been flat out organising emergency services for the mini tornado that went through part of Central Victoria and sitting on my bum most of the day today.  My steps are at 6109.  I think we are going to be flat out all week.

Hey gals.. I now don't feel so bad about not reaching 10,000 steps yesterday.. But I still had the lowest.. I had visitors up for lunch yesterday so that consisted of sitting for a long time and I didn't get to do much yesterday. My steps count came to 4653. I will tune in later with todays count.

My Goal for the minute is to get on track and into a healthy routine!
Then I will start setting mini goals.
