Started 19th January, 2009..... 140kgs

currently   94.0kgs!!!

TOTAL LOST ... 46.0KGS YAY!!

*1st Goal is to get to 130kgs by the 5/3/2009!:

** 2nd goal is to be 120kgs by the mid JUNE 2009

*** 3rd goal is 115kgs by mid - August 2009

**** 4th goal is 110kgs by 28/9/ 2009

***** 5th goal is 105kgs by 23/11/2009

****** 6th goal is 100kgs by March 2010 

******* 7th Goal is 95kgs by  mid May 2010

******** 8th Goal is 90kgs by 19/7/2010

Great job yesterday girls, hope we all have our walking feet on today!

Im a little sore today as i had a very long night last night with my little ones waking up several times during the night, im sure i clocked up 500 steps just constantly getting up to them. So i cant gauruntee that i'll even reach 5000 today, but ill certainly try.

Great job snookie, the fact that you attempted to get 10,000 is what matters, not how many steps you did. I will not get upset at anyone that doesnt reach the daily target, im sure there will be plenty of days that i dont reach it too.

Nikki FANTASTIC work. Congrats on being the first to reach daily target.

I have been chained to my desk all day today.  Lots of chimneys down, roofs blown off etc, etc. Unfortunately I had a very poor day of steps.  I have only done 3453.  I don't think tomorrow will be any better.  Sorry team. Great effort MJ, i know it can be hard when you are working at a desk job all day, as i said to someone else earlier, its not how many you do, its the effort that you have put in that counts.

Ive had a very poor day myself today, but im not finished yet. as soon as me and the girls have finished dinner, we are going to the family room - there is some dancing to be done. Keep up the good work hon.

Actually I hit 10,133 steps...YAY!!

Well im afraid i didnt get anywhere near as many steps today im afraid. Its been pouring here all day, and i was hoping to get outside and do my step ups but it didnt happen, oh well not to worry.
