Hi Ladies! As for me yesterday I was at roughly the 5000 mark at about 2.30pm... at about 3.30pm I check and my pedometer had reset it's self and was at 29?! Then about 15 minutes later it fell off so I gave up and chuck it in my bag - so yesterday I failed pretty miserably I think

Apologies for not noticing this thread before.

So far I'm only averaging 3941 steps per day but thats because over my holidays it was only 1500 per day. Workdays are normally about 5000.

My step count for yesterday was 7167.. Much better than the day before.. Also Suzie I noticed you have my starting weight as 76kg ( i wish  lol) it's 96kg thanks


My Goal for the minute is to get on track and into a healthy routine!
Then I will start setting mini goals.

Sorry Suzie I haven't signed in until now - I haven't had the chance, busy decluttering the house to get ready to sell.

1st day no record as husband had taken my pedometre to work by mistake Oops

2nd day - a shameful 2362  - stuck indoors playing 'cars' with my son - the LOWEST score I bet you Snookie

hopefully third day i will advise tomorrow as its not over yet.

Hi everyone,

I hope u all had a great day...

Well today I didnt hit the big number but I did get to 7005 steps!!

I was going to some extra walking on my treadmill tis evening but its just

not going to happen....

Started 19th January, 2009..... 140kgs

currently   94.0kgs!!!

TOTAL LOST ... 46.0KGS YAY!!

*1st Goal is to get to 130kgs by the 5/3/2009!:

** 2nd goal is to be 120kgs by the mid JUNE 2009

*** 3rd goal is 115kgs by mid - August 2009

**** 4th goal is 110kgs by 28/9/ 2009

***** 5th goal is 105kgs by 23/11/2009

****** 6th goal is 100kgs by March 2010 

******* 7th Goal is 95kgs by  mid May 2010

******** 8th Goal is 90kgs by 19/7/2010

Great job, girls, you are all doing brilliantly i must say, as i keep saying, its not how many you do, but the fact that you are making the effort. My effort for today is 6257, and i must say im absolutely buggered. Well im off of here for the evening, a night of slothing about on the couch, something i really need as my legs and feet are giving me curry. So Talk to you all tomorrow at some point. Good morning everyone

Ok so yesterdays record was a little bit better 4909. 

I am off to listen to the editor of our NZ Gardener magazine - she is talking at my mothers quilting club, so there is a couple of hours sitting on my bum lol.  But I am learning to garden and Lynda is such an inspiring woman to listen to.
