Hey Gals.. I'm lovin this challenge! It's making me walk so much more and I'm actually wanting to jump on the treadmill to get my steps up. I managed 10,053 steps yesterday!! So excited! Today they're climbing extremely slowly as I am at work. But I will jump on the treadmill when I get home. The day before yesterday I also found using my Wii fit worked well. Doing the aerobics and free step. I just put my I-Pod on and walked away clocking up over 1000 steps in 10 minutes. Good luck and enjoy what's left of the week end!

Hi everyone,

well for 2 weeks from today Im trying the Green Slimming Coffee in

addition to my shakes.. It is supposed to turn body fat into energy

as since my weightloss has been so slow lately, I thought Id give it a go...

Please do Donna, i would love to know how you go with it. I might even try it myself, do you know if it is TF friendly?

Anyhow ladies, posting my stats early tonight as i have a sick child again so ive not had much of a chance to get off my butt, as she has been very cuddly and sooky as they usually are when they are sick.

Sunday 3.45pm -

Editing my result for yesterday as i had my eldest at the hospital til 3am this morning, result for saturday is now 8102.
