hi suzy and all, apple you're definitely not last!! I'm doing very poorly on this challenge.... firstly the pedometer is an old weight watchers one that i always thouight worked but couldn't remember how to work it... googled the instructions and it actually needs to have so many stats entered that you don't restart it yourself, it does it for you...! so that's off the agenda and today and yesterday i needed to come into the office and work, so sitting too much on the butt

if i can find a pedometer at woolies tonight i'll buy another one

keep up the good work... i'll be back soon...

Hey all, Back on after a VERY long morning.

MJ - thanks hon, she'll get there, she has picked up another viral infection, damn they get so sick so often when this young and exposed to other people that dont have good hygiene. I feel like my kids are always sick.

Apple - Good on you for walking around your lounge room, every little bit counts.....

Wraptures - The results can be seen/posted here on this thread at the end of each day, and every wednesday i will be posting everybodies weekly stats, so everyone needs to remember to post me their weight and waist measurements every wednesday, and also remember to post their daily step count everyday. Hope you are able to get another pedometer. good luck. Dont worry that youve missed a few days, its ok, things happen, we are all bound to miss a day here and there, dont be upset by it.

Bella/ Nikki  - Great scores you are doing wonderfully.

Good evening fellow steppers

I hope everyone has had a great weekend.  Gee it went fast though.

Well I didn't get quite as many steps as I wanted today 8498 but I did get lots of gardening done though.  We planted heaps of trees and weeded lots.  (I am starting to realise how much work is involved with weeding an acre!! Phew, what a job)

well my record for yesterday is 6009 slowly but surely. 

I am really enjoying this challenge, I step on the treadmill and dont think exercise I am thinking ok lets get some more steps and do better than yesterday.  Thank you Suzie for setting this up. (and I hope that your daughter is feeling a bit better today)

Hi girls, Well my efforts for yesterday were very poor, i only achieved 3205, not including what i did at the hospital, as i didnt take my pedometer. But very lethargic and sore from the very late night saturday night, so was a slow day. Today will be much better and im back into it and TF 100%, (I pinched two of my daughters chicken nuggets last night.....oops - first naughty ive done at all. )

So Ive now lost 22kgs...YAY!

hi gang,

I done 6713 steps today as I was in doctors surgeries all day with hubby!!

We spent most of the day driving to and from doctors , specialists etc,

I did walk for 75 minutes whilst he had his X-rays thou!!

Ill do better tomorrow even if I have to walk around the clothesline!!

Time seems to be such an issue , some days!!!

Hi team,

Unfortunately I spent the day chained to my desk with my ear permanently glued to the phone today. Repercussions of last weeks storms.  I was only able to muster up a measley 3829 steps today.

I will try and get out for a walk tomorrow lunch time.  Hopefully things will slow down a smiggen.

Good morning Ladies

A late start for me I'm afraid, I was up most of last night with my son and then ended taking him to A&E.  He has an ear infection, bless him.  So very tired, although Charlie seems to be chirpy today.  I might go for a walk on treadmill and see if that helps me wake up.

Donna congrats on the 22 kilo loss - I hope you have celebrated with a present to yourself!!!! So Cool
