| Hi All, It seems like there are a lot of us who are here AGAIN....whether it be the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or whatever time around. (Is there something in the water this month?) I thought it might be great for us all to support each other. Afterall...we are here again because we know it works, but we just need that little extra oomph to stick to it, or keep it off once we get there!  So, if we want to set some "I'm here again challenges" we can....I'm open to ideas. I am also more than happy to keep track of everyone in whatever we decide to do. (Keeps me motivated and on track). Any ideas peeps?

I am in whatever you decide...
I am 95kg and want to get to 60kg so I have 35kg to lose...
BTW how do you do the table in the signatures?... is it a jpg?

| I'm not sure about the tables.......maybe just copy and paste into the signature? I'm sure someone who has a table can give you a hand. The tickers are just a matter of copying and pasting the BB code from one of the ticker websites into your signature. (these are pinned in the intro section)

Im definately In. Just waiting on my supplies that I ordered online and I will be ready to get this show on the road  I started at 121 then got down to 75. Now back up to around 92 last check... but will do official weigh in on the morning i start shakin  Would love to be 65.

| OK Beautiful People! Here is an idea. If you are anything like me, you need support every day....or at least every 2nd day! So...I suggest that we make ourselves accountable either every day if you need to, or every 2nd day if that works better for you. I am happy to take people's daily/bi-daily weight loss if you weigh that often.....or keep a track with a "star system" of those who stuck to the plan without cheating etc. So we post in and let each other know a) any loss we have had b) if we stuck to the plan since last post c) any problems we had/support that we need from buddies and anything else that we feel will help ourselves or others. I realise it will become a long thread, but that is cool with me  I am going to start today, by saying that I was excited this morning to find that at the beginning of day 6 I have now lost 2.4kg! YAY.  I have been pretty good for the first 5 days. The only thing that I did was have some allowed treat chocolate....4 squares more than I should becuase I have already had 2 wraps this week! (OOPS) BUT my partner sent me down to the servo last night to get him a whole block of cadbury's (ARGH) and I couldn't have any, so I figured I was going to have SOMETHING, and better to be TF allowed chocolate instead! The other thing I need to do is beat my partner around the ears (lovingly of course) for even suggesting that i do that!!!!!!!!!!! I also need to make sure I keep my water up. Haven't been TOO bad...but I can do better. I found yesterday that I got really hungry because I was out with a friend and didn't have anything with me to eat. Didn't do anything wrong....but got home and had to resist the urge to eat everything in sight!!! Note to self - BUY MORE MUNCH BARS TO TAKE WITH ME! That's all from me today. Look forward to hearing how others are doing

Of COURSE you can join in! We are all welcome here!     I think I might have to look into buying munch bars in a bigger amount. They are just so easy to grab as I am flying out the door. (And I feel like I am eating something).
